The high-capacity shear preventer adopts a large cylinder or increases the boost cylinder to improve its shear thrust. It can cut high-performance drill pipes such as S-135, V-150, thick-walled, and high-impact strength, and can also achieve the corresponding casing shear. In special working conditions, the preventer needs to achieve shear under certain pressure in the chamber (i.e. pressure shear), and the preventer needs to overcome the pressure in the chamber first and then perform the shearing operation. Our company's preventer can achieve shear of high-performance drill pipes with pressure.

The matching shear ram seal structure and blade design are reasonable, and can seal the rated working pressure after shearing in one shearing action. The sealing performance is reliable and can achieve multiple shears. The shear blade can also be selected with a detachable blade head to meet the shearing use requirements in different working conditions.

The special shear control system is composed of a main accumulator group, a special shear accumulator group, and a special shear control pipe manifold. It is equipped with a special high-pressure shear circuit to control the high-capacity shear preventer, which not only reduces the volume of the remote control accumulator group but also meets the requirements of high-capacity shearing, improving the safety of the equipment.
